Google Alerts offers notification of automated searches of your dealership name and other keywords including News, Web, Blogs, and more. You're notified by email when your keywords show up in searches, but don’t think of this as reputation management on autopilot. While automated tools notify you when your dealer name shows up, bear in mind that's when the work begins.
If you can't, or won't dedicate the time necessary to do the work to follow up you can pay someone to do the work
